I approached Sharon Richardson by friend’s recommendation via email and in connection with Low of intestacy. I had a promptly reply and been introduced to her colleague Karen Fryer, who took my case. Karen was really helpful throughout the process from beginning to the end in professional way and showed incredible patience and understanding during my many enquiries and risen complications. Karen was excellent at communicating with me, in timely manner and transparent and clear cost for the services. She gained my trust and I relied on her knowledgeable competence with writing my Will as well. It was an awesome, stress-free experience in all.

I would recommend Crombie Wilkinson without any hesitation. My husband and I are in our 70"s and find technology very hard to understand. So we always had to be sent letters in the post. Whoever we spoke to including the receptionist treated us with respect and kindness. The whole experience of selling our house and buying our new home was made easier because of all the help and support we have been given. I would also like to mention how reasonable the costs were.

You would think after receiving an appalling level of service I would know better, the unacceptable delays with the purchase of my commercial property were matched and outdone by the ridiculously ardous delays associated with trying to get the property let. Use this firm at your peril, my advice, anyone is better than Crombie Wilkinson. Oh, and do not bother making a complaint, their Louse WALKER does nothing but defend their position, what's that saying about the Police investigating the Police. They called me demanding an immediate payment to close the file, I paid that in full, whilst on the phone, confirming that everything was now paid-in-full, only to receive a call back a week later apologising that they made a mistake and another £1k was payable, however, according to Louise, they can do no wrong! Definitely THE law fiirm to avoid!

I had a problem with my heating i ended up not having heating for 239 days and was charged £615 for an email in which the service provider considered reducing my service charge an absolute waste of money used this firm 3 times regretting never again should have had enough firstly two times

Crombie Wilkinson have handled all my legal matters for over 30 years and I have always found them to be friendly, efficient and professional. Most recently dealing with Catherine who was extra helpful and always there to answer my many queries... thank you Catherine!

Conveyancing for a piece of land that i was trying to buy has taken two years so far with no completion date in sight, very poor to deal with and same answers given that its not them it is the sellers soliciters that ate the problem, will have to look for another solicitor.

Extremely disappointing experience, dealing with Gregory Phillip Cross and this firm. He has been unbelievably unprofessional, he told me ‘Stop playing silly games’. In addition to this, he has the grammar and spelling of a young schoolchild. Furthermore, it takes days and sometimes weeks to even get a response. The record for a response from him, currently stands at 3 months! Certainly not someone you would want to be represented by, or dealing with, given the sheer unprofessionalism and lack of basic life skills. After reading the reviews for the other branches of this firm, I would strongly advise against using this firm/Gregory Phillip Cross after such a terrible experience.

Can highly recommend Crombie Wilkinson. We had a great experience with them recently in the sale of our mum’s bungalow. Rebecca was brilliant. Very professional, prompt, communicative and understanding. Thank you to her and all there.
