We unfortunately had a very difficult and drawn out conveyancing process which lasted 16 months in the end (due multiple chains falling through and other delays outside of our control) however Charles was absolutely fantastic throughout. He kept me up to speed every step of the way, was always very quick to reply, and was very helpful with any questions we had (and as first time sellers, we had a few!). I would highly recommend RFB.
