Having had over 20 years of indifferent service from a number of solicitors we were recommended to talk to Suzanne. It turned out to be some of the best advice we have ever had! Buying a bank repossession meant we had to move quickly, with the whole process being completed in around two months. With it being a quite unusual freehold property with shared grounds and facilities there were many unusual hurdles to surmount which added some complexity. Throughout the process, Suzanne worked tirelessly to get the deal over the line. Bottom line, would we instruct her again to act for us and the answer would be an unequivocally, yes!

My experience with Abigail has been nothing but the best. Before Abigail took my case, it had been though two different firms that I had non stop issues with and when Abigail got the case I could somewhat ease down in my stress of getting the property purchase completed.
