Firstly, what a polite and professional experience from walking into the office. Polite and welcoming reception. Robert made me feel at ease straight away and gave expert advice throughout my appointment. Robert had me completed settlement agreement back in less than 12 hours!

My case was a lengthy one after several rescheduled court dates. I had 2 or 3 advisors, Danielle, Elizabeth and Demi. I believe some may have moved one. Either way they were very good at reassuring me on my approach whilst representing myself. They helped me push harder and not fall for the tactics from the respondents lawyer, which I am sure are typical in a days work for a solicitor. I would advise anyone to seek some professional support. They were also really good at clarifying legal jargon for me and assistance with important communication with the courts. It needed up being a 6 day unfair dismissal claim with some complexities, not aided by the disruptions from covid and hybrid hearings, but with their support I am happy to say that I won while representing a family member in quite a personal and vindictive case. It has given my family the peace of mind to move on from this. Thank you.
