We had the support of Elle Wright-Wall by accident when the original solicitor dropped out at short notice, but now I have no hesitation in ask for her. She has supported my son on three occasions now, he has additional needs and struggles with anxiety and understanding. On each interview we have attended Elle has been really understanding and taken time to ensure my son has a good understanding of everything being asked. She has a real empathy with my son and has helped him stay calm and focused. Her advice and knowledge is brilliant and without her expertise I think we might have been in a very different position. She uses her lived experiences to really support young people. Thank you so much Elle Wright-Wall. Bhatia Best were amazing when our original solicitor let us down at less than 24 hours notice. I called Bhatia Best at 17.10 as advised earlier in the day as needed details of what time my grandson was due in court on 12th May, the female who answered the call was very abrupt, went to look at the list, came back simply advising 'not in court Monday now it's changed to 30th May thank you' and put the phone down, no offer of any explanation ( I realise they may not know ) and absolutely no chance for me to query any possible reason for this, I get that it was 20 minutes before their office closed for the weekend but I called when advised to, as a caring family member this has caused a considerable amount of upset over this weekend, her lack of care was 100% clear, this person is representing the company she works for, a formal complaint is now being logged.

Having many Solicitors in the past, who soon become less attentive to my needs, after securing their legal aid funding, and certainly not working in my best interests. I was amazed to discover this firm, and fully delighted with the results and efforts, Mr Neil O'sullivan; he acted up and beyond my expectations, he has excellent communication skills, with both myself and conveying my case to the CPS and the court, furnishing both with clarity on the circumstances orbiting the fact. In a time sensitive matter, took almost 6 weeks to tell me there was nothing they could do. Very difficult in touch with over the phone (always seem to be in training or unavailable and I was told to “call back,””someone will call you later,” “try again tomorrow” etc). They take ages to reply to messages. It’s seemingly impossible to get an appointment with anyone face to face. They took instructions, took facts, and when requesting an update 4 weeks later took another week to tell me it hadn’t even been looked at yet and then a further week to tell me they didn’t think they could do anything to help. Looking back over the conversations, the only thing they appeared interested in was the funding. Wasted so much time that it will now be difficult to find someone else in the remaining time I have. I wish I had read the previous reviews before I enquired with them. The issues I have faced seem to be a recurring theme. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not even worth a 1 star review.
