I was wrongly arrested with false allegations for a family man working criteria doing my best I was arrested in a awful manner , but Little did I know my innocence nearly ended up in imprisonment and my three year-old daughter and current partner was removed after spending 23 hours in custody but couldn’t work out why I was there I felt because I was innocent i didn’t need a solicitor but luckily I turned to Bhatia Best solicitors after being threat horrendously I was gifted with the presence of Elle wright-wall The fact that these allegations towards a female was hard enough but she professionally carried out her duties and being a solicitor After my interview, I was reassured from what experience she had and that no evidence and what she felt would happen from what she had heard to be cleared Little did I know? I nearly got remanded then a curfew as if I was guilty? Put it this way this Company employing this candidate saved what could have been much worse than just losing my little child and current partner she saved me from imprisonment she removed my curfew. And believed that her doing so was. now become a Personal instinctive and behind the scenes saved me I was given a bail condition. My daughter returned to her mother my current partner and son forced out of the property and be mindful that this interview was a subject made against a female where most men in my situation can’t deal with that alone with pride towards a woman I can remember her fighting my corner and that two CID female officers looked at her in a biased way So I lost everything, but she saved me from imprisonment Which I never knew until further conversations had happened with her! On this day, I write this review. I can now confirm if it wasn’t for me seeking legal advice and that Elle hadn’t been there my life would be questionable giving up in Ways unthinkable Lastly, I’ve been in contact with With a detective Sergeant (female) CID who didn’t have the time to listen to what I had to say until Elle spoken to her on the phone I brought a light at the end of the tunnel for extreme police Work to professionally taken what she heard from Elle for allegations bail conditions to be stopped for me to now carry on with my family duties, In being a father! This solicitor has what it takes to help provide and most of all unintentionally receive the Credit she’s due So yes this professional solicitor taking all my nightmares away Thank you

Well I thought I was being a little unreasonable but after reading this reviews it's proof that they are all about the money. No real support or help understanding things going forward. They do the bare minimal to get that legal aid money! Kept in the dark, not even so much as a appointment before the case. I had a barrister called Paul who was working on behalf of Bhatia best. Absolute gem of a man, went above and beyond and was understanding and couldn't of represented me any better. The rest aren't really interested. I felt patronised and left not knowing what was happening. Laughed at when said I would go to the media ( not the old papers the social media platforms with huge subs ;) ) and and phone out down on me then said I was being abusive of which I have the recording to be shared online. I would avoid this company as they are not fit for purpose. I had strong beliefs Robert Glansfield was the best in the game but I was wrong. Time to hang up that fileofax ! Pinching a living off family's misery. A V O I D Five stars to the receptionist who went above and beyond her position. She's not the one at fault.

Panney has done a great job ever since I was referred to her as my solicitor. She has been my helper, giving me advice, always communicating with me, doing follow ups and always pushing to achieve her goals. If I and children have been accommodated by council and now we are been supportive financially from the council, then I will say it is the hard work of Panney. I'm very grateful, words cannot express my gratitude to you. Thank you very much Panney for your hard work 🙏.

I'm sharing my experience and writing a review for Sabeel Hussein, who represented me at court in Leicester Magistrates on the 10/09/2026. He was absolutely fantastic. My case was in the papers and was quite public. It was the download Ferris wheel incident, 2026. It eventually caught up with me, and I was absolutely terrified that it was going to result in, a lot worse than what it was. Due to Mr Hussein's excellent representation, I believe the result I got was the absolute best outcome that could have been given for that situation. He was incredibly professional. He listened to the ridiculousness of my case and treated me and my support with respect. And in the courtroom, he fought for me and made sure that my defense was as robust as possible. Where to start. With court approaching and having a feeling of misrepresentation, no preperation. No support. Just a cash grab. Felt misunderstood and generally not taken seriously. I feel they do the minimum they need too and work hand in hand with social workers. Made to feel like im set up to fail from the start. .the system is currupt. It's a misery business that doesn't favour the fatherly.

Simply awful, missed appointments, promises made not followed through on, and at every stage i had to chaser them to get them to do even basic work. Really, use someone else. They were unprofessional and actively harmful to my case.

From the outset they dealt with my case promptly, professionally and with genuine care. Communication was exceptional throughout. I was kept fully informed at every stage, emails were answered quickly, and everything was explained clearly and patiently, which was especially important to me as a vulnerable client with significant anxiety. Scott's work on my case was thorough, well prepared and resulted in a significant outcome, with the PPCS agreeing to refer my case back to the Board for a fresh review. I was amazed to discover this firm, and fully delighted with the results and efforts, Mr Neil O'sullivan; he acted up and beyond my expectations, he has excellent communication skills, with both myself and conveying my case to the CPS and the court, furnishing both with clarity on the circumstances orbiting the fact.
