Avoid Hopkins Solicitors at all costs.
I had the displeasure of being provided with Hopkins Solicitors by my insurer ARAG PLC who referred a case of non payment to them. My solicitor was Laura Taylor. Although emails were returned, proactive communication was almost non existent. In the end after 8 months, Laura went against my instructions and basically provided the insurance company with a way out of the claim. The matter is now with the financial ombudsman as the insurance company were "able to rely upon the expert legal opinion of the(ir) appointed solicitor." I have provided feedback in the form of one of the firms customer questionnaires and have been ignored. I will never use Hopkins in the future.

I used Hopkins solicitors as I needed to sell some land . I can only say that the service I received from start to finish was excellent. The Reception staff were always polite and helpful and Ben Green my solicitor was extremely professional and kept me informed at every stage of the process . He was very good and I felt totally confident in his managing of the whole process . I would not hesitate to use Hopkins solicitors again and would highly recommend this branch of Hopkins at Mansfield .
