The matter was understandably lengthy and involved proceedings in the French courts, but throughout the process she was consistently professional, clear in her advice, and measured in her approach. Mark was diagnosed with mesothelioma at the end of March 2023. My first contact was with Helen Childs, and from that initial call, I felt that RWK was the right choice for us. Such a shame to write this as it seems that one person here is giving the company a bad name. I was involved in a chain that was using a particular solicitor who just made this whole process painful when it didn't need to be. She was very hard to contact even our solicitor found her to be awkward. in the end I ended up having to contact her manger because the chain was very close to collapsing on several occasions because she was incompetent and didn't manage her time well. Seems her manager didn't give a toss either as I have had no response. If anyone asks me to recommend a solicitor I will give them the name and tell them to stay well clear.
