For three years, I have been represented by RWK Goodman in a personal injury claim following a car collision. The process has been difficult but I have felt supported throughout; Ellen Little has been professional, helpful, and clearly explained each step and all the options along the way. I would have no hesitation in recommending Steph for all Clinical Negligence cases. She is trustworthy, super efficient, professional, approachable, understanding, friendly and kind. She got to know both me and my case and kept me updated throughout the life of my claim with regular emails and calls. This ensured I was always fully informed on the current progress and what the next steps would be. If I ever needed to discuss anything she would respond promptly the same day. Maud acted for me in relation to a fatal accident claim in France following the death of my brother. The matter was understandably lengthy and involved proceedings in the French courts, but throughout the process she was consistently professional, clear in her advice, and measured in her approach.
