MFG have been looking after all the legal process following the death of our father. They have always been both professional and friendly, and have dealt with any issues very quickly. We will continue to use this firm for ongoing matters such as powers of attorney and will updates. It's reassuring to know that all these matters are in place correctly.

The sale was complex because it was owned by a trust with various trustees only one of whom was local to the flat. The flat was also in poor condition because it had been occupied for many years by an elderly lady who was not able to maintain it properly. The trustees were not made aware of many of the problems with the flat during her rent-free tenancy. The flat was in a block owned by a limited company consisting of the other owners, none of whom had experience of dealing with the sale of one of the flats. mfg handled the complex sale very professionally.

Making a Will is essential - but we are all too aware that we won't be around to sort out any problems when we've gone! My wife and I had independent estates and our wishes for their disposal were different. Debbie was able to suggest a clear plan of action, and after consultation with her colleagues at mfg, we were able to proceed with Wills that reflected our wishes. Excellent service - highly recommended.
