Martin regularly kept us informed throughout the sale process and he was very supportive in our circumstances, helping us to sell my father in laws home after he had just come out of hospital having suffered a stroke. We would recommend.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. The experience that we received was appalling with how they handled my mother’s probate. They nearly lost our house sale because they do everything on a Friday, which I had to get involved and sort what they couldn’t do. They would take weeks/months to reply to emails. And when it came to final settlements they kept getting the liabilities wrong and it took months each time to rewrite it and still kept getting it wrong. To the point I told them that I would sort out the liability and share out the money equally. With all of this it cost us £18,000. They have no empathy for anyone and are only there for the money. Please do not use these solicitors to do your loved ones probate and I strongly recommend you to do it yourself on the GOV website. Saving you time and money. It took 3 years and 3 months for it to be finalise.

I would highly recommend Gillian for conveyancing. She was incredibly fast, efficient and got everything done much quicker than I expected. Gillian was always available to answer my questions, regularly replied to messages and was even happy to take calls outside of normal working hours when needed. Her communication and dedication made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. I’m really grateful for all her hard work and would definitely recommend Gillian to anyone and have will do so.

Very good experience. Organised and very responsive especially when the other solicitors were making things slow down.

I could give zero if I could it’s a shockingly awful place to go .i wish I read some of the reviews before I contacted them . Stay away from this people for your own good. Property I was purchasing failed to go through and they charged me nearly £300 for searches even though the whole process didn’t last more than 2 weeks and I called and told them the situation but the only refund 1/4 of the amount I paid them and when I asked what has been done by them they could only show me the fee for identification Fee which it’s about £60 . So they robbed me in day light .shame on you
As you have already been in contact with our Management Team regarding your aborted file, we would like to reiterate that the abortive fee of £240 was charged in accordance with our terms and conditions, which you agreed to upon instruction. This fee is not the result of any fault on our part, but rather reflects the work we undertook on your file prior to its cancellation by you when your purchase failed to proceed. As outlined in our terms, the reduced fees were applicable in the event of an aborted matter.
