Emma dealt with my claim after a fall. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She guided me through the whole process and kept me informed about the claim the entire time and has amazing knowledge and skills. I would highly recommend this company especially Emma.

Used me as a cash cow to get their fee which was only in their interest not mine and incompetence not bothering to check the defendant had complied and assumed and when we complained got their fee and said bye

My husbands personal injury claim took three years to process. In that time there was a lot of toing and froing with the other side, who were in no hurry to settle the claim against their customer. Kayleigh was assigned to my husband and in the three years had a lot of conversations and emails with updates and advice for next steps. Sadly my husband passed away in April this year and Kayleigh was very compassionate with me and the handling of the claim on my behalf.

Put claim in for damaged eye retina on forklift accident lost claim since this had two more operations on eyes so you make up your own mind up lol .

A successful outcome over a protracted period. Clive leading the car and appointing a key Barrister assisted me in winning at trial vs the local authority. Clive took the case on despite me having not been successful via another firm direct against the local authority and this proved to be a great decision.

I can honestly say that I could not have asked for a better lawyer. From day one Gary treated me with respect and I will never forget the way he made me feel. Both he and Sue kept me informed and fought my corner all the way through my case. I was warned initially that this was not going to be an easy ride. After my accident I was very worried about everything. My health my work and my future. Gary took a huge weight off my shoulders. He explained things in plain English always returned my calls and made me feel as though I was his only client. Ĺ what impressed me most is how he and Sue worked so hard for me Garry explained things in plain English, he only cared about getting the right result for me and my family. He stood up to the other side and never backed down. Thanks to his efforts I got a result I never thought possible.
