During the early part of this year we required the services of a local solicitor to represent us in the purchase a a new home. As we had not used a solicitor for many years, our Estate Agent offered us a couple of recommendations to consider. So after making an appointment with Atkins Dellow we were immediately impressed with the helpful manner offered by the team in advising us as to how the process was going to be handled. Our appointed solicitor Emily Isted, was extremely helpful and available during the whole process. She helped and advised us throughout the whole procedure up until the completion date. The whole experience was so different from previous encounters with solicitors in past years that we have already used them again for another project.

Georgina did a fantastic job for me, always on the ball, proactive, thorough and professional and worked hard to drive the process forward whilst protecting my interests at all times. This was the second time Georgina has done conveyancing for me and the next time I need conveyancing I will seek her services again. House selling & buying is seldom easy and it often throw up set-backs and issues that have to worked though. Emma was effective, efficient and supportive throughout. You will notice that a few items below have not been ticked. Over service was excellent as it was Lucy when I finally got to talk to her Overall, I’m very grateful for her efficiency and involvement. The only problem was that she was often slow in getting back to me and I often had to chase her which was stressful. Sometimes it took a long time for anyone there to answer the phone as well. However, when I did talk to her, she was brilliant in every respect.
