During the early part of this year we required the services of a local solicitor to represent us in the purchase a a new home. As we had not used a solicitor for many years, our Estate Agent offered us a couple of recommendations to consider. So after making an appointment with Atkins Dellow we were immediately impressed with the helpful manner offered by the team in advising us as to how the process was going to be handled. Our appointed solicitor Emily Isted, was extremely helpful and available during the whole process. She helped and advised us throughout the whole procedure up until the completion date. We have used Atkins Dellow services for a few years now. They are a professional team who are incredibly helpful and respond quickly to enquiries. We did have difficulty on our recent house purchase, Lloyds Bank did not transfer the money paid to our vendors in the usual timeframe. Our solicitor stayed in touch all the time giving us regular updates and support. She ensured the completion happened. Personally we would not use any other solicitor and would highly recommend Atkins Dellow.
