    Have dealt mainly with Sarah Dellow (Bury St Edmunds) Super efficient young lady. Responded to my very few queries by return. Spoke plain straightforward English.       We used Emma at Atkins Dellow Halesworth as our conveyancing Solicitor for the sale and purchase of our new home. Emma and her assistant Kate were marvellous, really helpful, supportive and professional throughout the process offering assistance when needed, answering any queries we had explaining things when we weren’t quite sure of what was meant or needed. On the day of completion Emma had to pull out all the stops when our mortgage lender had transferred the funds over to the wrong bank account! All the extra effort and further work that went into ensuring we could move in under licence so we weren’t left homeless on the said day. Even though it was a really long exhausting stressful day for us, we were extremely grateful to Emma & Kate for all their efforts and perseverance in turning what was beginning to feel and look like a disastrous day into a happy ending:). Emma came good and showed her good natured side when it was so very needed so thank you so very much again to Emma & also to Kate. Yours sincerely Marie Grech & Steven King

      Straightforward Transaction - Great service

      Once survey was completed all went pretty smoothly and quickly as promised. We found Emily Kate and the team most helpful and we really appreciated the two calls from client care, they were most helpful and very reassuring given we hadn't sold or purchased in many years.

      I was expecting good things as I was recommended Atkins Dellow by someone who had been very pleased with Georgia's work for their house sale. Responded to questions and queries quickly. Everyone I spoke to was polite and professional. Some lack of attention to detail. Missing forms, incorrect names and addresses. I expected better attention to detail for legal documents and from previous experience. As long as you are willing to thoroughly scrutinise every document Atkins Dellow probably perform better than some other solicitors. They were willing to provide advice and answer queries and got the job done within a reasonable time frame.
