    I found Atkins Dellow very helpful & understanding when I recently updated my Will with them in Halesworth. Edward gave me lots of good advice on matters I had no knowledge of & I was able to e.mail them on anything that came up in the next few weeks after our first meeting which helped me a lot! One other thing I would like to mention is after completing it all & signing everything he shook my hand & kindly said if I ever had issues with my health or other difficulties to get in touch with them & they would help & support us in anyway they could!       I previously had a fantastic experience with Atkins Dellow (Callum Morton) however this time I was not that impressed. I felt there was a lack of communication and consistency that resulted in dealing with 3 people instead of one. I am not sure if even spoke to either of the two solicitors dealing with my case, maybe once? Framlingham is a small community and based on my own experience and that of friends and colleagues I would neither use nor recommend your firm again. I would also mention that when calling clients the members of staff should my mindful that whilst they may not be able to hear the client the client can hear them!
