Outstanding will service in timing, responsiveness and quality
They provide an excellent service from the initial conversation about cost and process to having the will produced. The pre-meeting questionnaire was hugely helpful in guiding me to main areas to consider in making a will. The first meeting and subsequent drafts provided me with opportunity to ask questions and be advised about issues that I had not previously considered. All contact was professional and added value. Absolutely outstanding experience and I would not hesitate in recommending them

Went for a document notification and was told they could but as I wasn’t a client I was turned away! Very poor service.

Owing to necessary ID checks and regulations by which we are bound, it is necessary to onboard you as a client for the documentaion certifications that were required. As an alternative, we usually recommend trying a bank or post office who can help with these matters.
