Elite Law(Metha) provided a competitive quote for overseeing(completing on) a Bridging Loan against a Commercial Shop and Second Home property on my behalf and managed to complete this within the tight time frames required for this type of re-financing navigating through a number of challenges along the way. I have been very happy with the service provided and the completion date set out early in the process was met perfectly. Professional, trustworthy, proactive and focussed 100% on the clients need. Would happily use Elite again and would highly recommend them to others needing this level of service especially when a Commercial property is involved in the refinancing.

I just wanted to echo huge thanks to Deborah Unuigbe-Ojelade. I am in the business so have dealt with many solicitors in my 35+ years working. Deborah acted for myself, my daughter and partner recently in a transfer of equity/remortgage which involved a deed of variation and an incompetent management company. She always did exactly what she said she was going to do, replied promptly out of hours, always keeping us informed working to a tight deadline on expiry of mortgage offer. All the paperwork for us as last person in the chain was done quickly and milestones communicated to us. However there was a long delay from someone else in a 3 person chain. No information was given to us as to reason for months to the point when we were about to put our property up for sale again. Only at that point was I informed of the reason which meant we finally understood delay and reason for it. It would have been better if we had been kept informed as to why delay so we still understood purchase going through.
