I had a really excellent experience with Kalim as my solicitor supporting with the purchase of my property. The documents were prepared at a shockingly good speed and communication throughout was excellent. When I needed a phone call, Kalim was able to take the phone call and we could speak directly which was great and he offered good advice at the time. Throughout the experience we had some issues with another's party's solicitors who seemed to create a number of issues. Kalim was very professional throughout and managed to solve any issues with them in the end. He was very valuable throughout the process and I really appreciate the efforts he made!

We were faced with a particularly challenging situation, as the other side’s solicitors proved extremely difficult to deal with and last-minute requests kept holding up completion. Despite the pressure and the incredibly tight deadline, Metha took full control and absolutely smashed it. She handled everything calmly, efficiently, and with complete professionalism. Metha prioritised the key tasks, kept us updated throughout, and navigated every obstacle with confidence and clarity. Her proactive approach and clear communication really helped to reduce the stress on our end — it was genuinely reassuring to know the matter was in such capable hands. For her age, the depth of knowledge and composure she demonstrates is remarkable — and that’s coming from someone with years of experience working with many solicitors. AVOID Elite Law. They initially provided a low fee estimate to win my business, then systematically added many charges throughout the process, resulting in final fees far exceeding the original quote. Communication was appalling, emails were often ignored or met with out-of-office replies, and both myself and the other parties involved had to constantly chase just to get a response. Most concerningly, they failed to inform me of critical transactional details, directly causing a substantial financial loss. The experience has been marked by poor transparency, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for client care. This firm has caused me serious stress and regret. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere.
