I recently sold a property that was a grade 2 listed building so lots of certificates were needed. it took over 7 months and was quite stressful as the buyers solicitors did not move with any speed. However Ashraf Islam and his team did a great job and we finally got there. I would totally recommend Rose & Rose to anyone, in fact I am selling another property and will be using Rose & Rose again.

Ash and the Rose & Rose team acted for us to purchase the Freehold of 8 flats over 2 blocks under the Rights of First Refusal under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987. They advised on all deadlines (which were all met), and completion took place in good time. Ash has since been brilliant on following up with a couple of clarifications and chasing Land Registry on their very belated filing of the related TR1 in the time since. I would highly recommend Ash for his professionalism, flexibility and "plain English" manner.

Lein was honestly great at what she does I couldn’t recommend her enough to others. I was in a dispute and she wrote a letter for me and she made sure I was kept calm throughout the whole matter and accomplished what I wanted by the end of it. She is so lovely and kind which you don’t see in a lot of solicitors these days

In my role, one of the most challenging things is having to liaise with a conveyancer/solicitor who doesnt believe in communicating with agents as it "slows them down"... I found myself at an impasse with my neighbour regarding property boundary management. Rose and Rose they introduced me to Christine Salama. She guided me through the process. ( remotely holding my hand ). I found the process Easy to understand Costing and expenditure were fully explained Communications were timely and aligned to the process. The whole procedure left me feeling confident, at a time when I felt a failure to be able to resolve this issue on my own. The last time I engaged the services of a solicitor was at the purchase of my property some 50 years earlier. Thank you very much.

Stuart, we’re pleased to hear that Christine was able to guide you through what sounds like a difficult situation with your neighbour. It’s great to know that you felt informed and confident throughout the matter, particularly after such a long time since you last needed legal advice.
Our experience with Rose Legal was disappointing. Everyone we dealt with was polite and professional, however, our case was very slow to progress. We had hoped that instructing solicitors would help move things along more quickly, but our dispute resolved itself in the time we were waiting. At one point we were asked whether we still wanted their support, which left us with the impression that they weren’t particularly keen to continue with our case. Given the £1,920 cost, we had hoped for a more proactive service and ultimately didn’t feel it represented particularly good value for money.
