7 years ago, Nik assisted me with the purchase of my house. The property was bought in full cash from my parents, and I asked about creating a postnuptial agreement to protect it. Instead of helping, he asked about my income compared to my husband’s and told me I would “have to share it anyway.” He even suggested that the only way to protect the house would be to divorce now. Because I was heavily pregnant at the time, I trusted him and the firm to guide me correctly. Now that I am going through a divorce, I am having to fight for the very house I intended to protect. Thanks to Nik and Rose Legal, I am in this position. I will never return to them, not even for something as simple as drafting my will. When they prepared my will, they even persuaded me to leave the house to my husband to avoid tax, despite me clearly stating that my intention was for it to go back to my family or to my daughter. Their advice was unhelpful, inappropriate, and completely contrary to what I asked for.
I had a fantastic experience with Rose and Rose Solicitors. Both Zubair Dharamsi and Maisa Riazi were incredibly supportive throughout my case. They gave me excellent advice, explained the procedures clearly, and made what could have been a very stressful time feel manageable. Thanks to their dedication, I was able to secure contact with my children — and even my cat! They treated my situation with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Had someone call me back today to discuss an immigration / adoption process, solicitor was extremely unhelpful, impatient and rude. I guess money speaks louder than being helpful. Not impressed Edit: it most definitely was this company as I googled your number. The person I spoke to was extremely rude. Obviously did not know the answer and told me that they could only speak to the person I was calling on behalf of. Have since called several other solicitors who have been polite and more than helpful.

Lein was honestly great at what she does I couldn’t recommend her enough to others. I was in a dispute and she wrote a letter for me and she made sure I was kept calm throughout the whole matter and accomplished what I wanted by the end of it. She is so lovely and kind which you don’t see in a lot of solicitors these days

I had a great experience working with Farihah on the sale of my property. She was so professional, diligent, and also very friendly & personable. She was very easy to get hold of, and quick to help me with any queries or issues that came up. The process moved along quickly and smoothly from her end.
