As first time buyers we also utilised LISA's to fund the deposit required and this was smoothly handled by David with our LISA provider, and although we missed out on the stamp duty holiday David & team were able to provide us with the expected amount due which was accurate and processed accordingly. Finally at completion we had some technical issues with the lender that we were using and David & team were all over it. Throughout the completion day we were in contact with David to ensure that everything would go through and despite a small delay we were able to complete and move as expected.
