Kate dealt with us in a professional manner, communication was second to none, great customer service and we felt comfortable and felt at ease whilst both our sale and purchase were going through. We feel the speed of the whole process was fast, considering we were selling and buying. Kate worked well with Taylor Wimpey to ensure we were in the house as planned before Christmas.
