We had a fantastic experience working with the team — especially Kiri, Sam, and Vicki — on a recent refinance. The entire process was handled quickly, efficiently, and with great care. They were always on our side, proactive in communication, and consistently went the extra mile to ensure we got the deal done smoothly and on time. Their support made a real difference, and we felt truly looked after from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Rachel Bushell, Ash Simpson, Michelle Pollard and Chris helped us with four residential remortgage cases recently and the entire process was very smooth and only took 4 weeks (one case only took 14 days!) which in the current Covid environment is nothing short of a miracle! Very happy with the professional services and expertise of Nelsons' residential and commerical conveyancing team and Nelsons' corporate team and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We used Gardner Champion for the sale and purchase and have successfully completed all the conveyencing for both properties.

Extremely professional and efficient service regarding a change of lender for my mother-in-law’s equity release mortgage.

Kimberley helped us with our recent house purchase, and was great throughout. She was always quick to reply to emails, and happy to call to talk through anything if needed. What I thought would be a very stressful process was actually quite easy with Kimberley at the helm. Would recommend to others

I would like thank Tgbaynes and Martin especially as they made our first home buying experience as enjoyable as it could be and also made this go through as quickly as possible! Easily reachable and approachable. I would definitely recommend their services and will be using them again when we need to in the future.
