On learning I was being taken to court after my daughters father had cancelled mediation because he wasn't getting the outcome he wanted made me feel anxious, stressed and very upset. I met with Jackie who put it all into perspective and helped me understand that I hadn't done anything wrong and the situation was difficult. I explained that the request of additional time wasn't something my daughter wanted and that I was there for her. My daughters father moved the goal posts multiple time during the hearing and was very difficult to deal with. Having Jackie and a barrister's support during the whole process helped me cope with the situation and how they represented my daughter and me was second to none. They were straight to the point and kind and always acted in our best interest, which provided the best outcome for my daughter. I don't believe I would have got through it without them and I am forever grateful. Jackie and Tom thank you.

I was represented in a child Arrangement Case by Beth Sheridan who works for Stowe Family Law. From the initial contact with this law firm I received the best service and advice. Beth was fully engaged in the case and she worked hard to get all the facts communicated to the courts clearly. The fact that this case was dealt with in 2021 during the covid lock down period, made it impossible to meet in person and discuss the case. However, I did not feel left out at any point as Beth was always available to respond to emails or telephone messages. Dealing with Stowe Solicitors and especially Beth, helped to give my family confidence to continue with life during a very difficult time when my daughter had just been diagnosed with a serious medical condition. I cant thank Stowe solicitors enough and would like to commend them for a job well done.

Having been put through to Andrew, I can firmly say from my experience Andrew is a exceptional solicitor. Andrew helped me in a extremely complex child case, with various false allegations listed against my self, with Andrews hard work and dedication going through all my evidence he along side Harry whiltshire ensured no findings were made against my self. Whoever you speak to at SAS Daniels gives you great advice. Everyone works together. They seem to get the job right the first time where other firms take many attempts. The firm listens to what you want and works with you. Billing is easy and transparent compared to other firms who seem to pluck figures from thin air. This firm really understand the challenges of child custody cases and treats you like it’s their own child.

I worked with Ian regarding an Adoption case. I am an Advocate and I was the Litigation Friend for Dad. Ian was fantastic with the person I was supporting. Ian took time to explain to Dad, in great, simplistic language, what was happening, what Dad's rights where, and how I could help, and Ian could help too. Myself and Ian had a wonderful working relationship, ensuring the best possible outcome for Dad, working in joint partnership. Ian took great steps to explain in clear and honest communication what Dad's rights were, even in what was a very difficult case.
