We worked with Peter on an unusually long and testing 13‑month transaction, and throughout the entire process he was consistently patient, professional, and completely focused on our best interests. He was always reachable, quick to respond, and a genuinely pleasant person to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will happily instruct him again.

A heartfelt thanks to Ken Ragon-Chambers at Spires Legal. Not only legally astute, but commercially aware too. An asset to have on your side.

This is the second time I have used this company and solicitor for conveyancing and have been impressed by the proactive and professional handling of this work. I could not recommend highly enough.

I have used Matthew and Matthew for previous house purchases so no hesitation in using them for my re-mortgage when it came to the end of the fixed term. More of a personal service than the online offers from the mortgage companies. Emma King and the team are professional and a pleasure to deal with. Communication was always clear and prompt. Being local to me made it easy to pop in with any documents required.

Selling a property in the UK, while living in the USA was no problem at all. BRGP and in particular Megan and Cherry were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and totally amiable. Correspondence was timely and concise and thankfully no hard to decipher solicitors jargon. They were great

Solicitors usually receive bad press, but they represented us very well. Our problem was with the mortgage company

I can’t recommend Bronte highly enough. She recently handled the conveyancing for my flat purchase at auction, which had a strict 14-day completion deadline. From the outset, Bronte was proactive, clear, and reassuring. What impressed me most was her communication. Either she got back to me personally or, if she was tied up, her assistant Alex stepped in seamlessly to keep things moving. This meant I was always fully updated and never left wondering what was happening. Despite the tight timescales and the usual auction-purchase pressures, Bronte kept everything on track, anticipated potential hurdles, and dealt with them promptly and professionally. Thanks to her diligence and organisation, we met the 14-day deadline without a hitch. If you’re looking for a conveyancing solicitor who is efficient, approachable and genuinely invested in getting the job done right, I’d absolutely recommend Bronte and her team.

Working with Charlotte was easy and quick! She is super organised and mega friendly. Couldn’t be happier!
