Axis review I’m writing this review because I loved the way this company handled my case.✅ 11/10 I was referred to them by a friend (who was also extremely satisfied with their service). This was after I had spoken to another solicitor from another company for advice on my case, he scared me so bad I was convinced I couldn’t do it! He told me about things I didn’t need and said as long as I have 6 months payslips that’s it everything is sunshine and rainbows. He was just horrible and the way he spoke just made it look like it was just another case, (well he didn’t get it. Lol 😂) Anyway.. (back to topic) I booked in for initial consult on the phone with Ikra and she booked me in with Mohammed Olly. (Super quick appointment btw I didn’t have to wait weeks 🥳) I went in a couple days later and I couldn’t find their office 😂 so I called Ikra and she told me exactly where it was (she wasn’t even in the city at the time lol). I went in and spoke to Mohammed Olly and he was lovely and a great help! He took the time to look through all my paperwork and looked at my payslips and told me what he saw was good and what needed to me amended. I was so shaken up on the day because I’ve never done anything like this before and he out my mind at ease and explained everything would be fine. On that day I realised that my payslips weren’t up to the standards I thought they were. Olly came up with a perfect solution and action plan to help them get back up to the requirements. This was just on the first consult!!! 😊 I’m honestly so grateful for that advice Olly! Thank you! 🥰 So my case was handled by Ikra 👑(she’s superwoman I’m telling you 🦸‍♀️👩🏻‍💻). She worked all around the clock for me, after hours even late 24/7!!!📇🕙🕐🕛 Honestly you’ll never get that service from anywhere! She was so kind and friendly and explained every single thing thoroughly so you understand. She assessed all my paperwork and told me what needed to be done and what was already good, she didn’t scrap all my documents and she actually saved what she could from my my originally gathered paperwork (which I prepared myself because I’m over the top)✅ . She explained what documents I needed and to what standard she was very specific with what I needed on there and I’m very thankful for that detail she put into my case.📑🗃 She was always there for me should I have any questions or need any help at any time of day any day of the week!! 📲🥺 very very veryyyy good customer care and service!🥰 I work late and I work weekends too so it made it difficult to come into the office or to call her during office hours so she was so kind as to work around my free hours. She contacted me after my work hours which was also after her work hours!! 🥺 and in her free time which was so kind of her. 💗 And any questions I had, she’d have the answer! She had all my paperwork ready in 2 weeks!!!! And that too including paperwork I had to get redone. And waiting for my last payslip to submit my case!! She came in on her day off to help submit my case!! (WHICH WAS ALSO HER BIRTHDAY)😭😂. I don’t know where else you’d ever get that kind of customer care and service!!!! I’m so thankful to Axis Solicitors and their amazing team! It’s thanks to their hard work that me and my partner are now reunited after all this time! 💗🥳 And I know that reviews really do make a difference that’s why I wrote this in hope that anyone who reads this goes ahead with Axis because honestly there’s really no words to describe how amazing they are!😊🥰
