Anest has gone over and above for years. I am an extremely difficult client not by choice but done to have additional needs such as autism and ADHD, which mean I am extremely forgetful, really struggle to get important things done and need thing’s explaining very clearly. I was also very low in mood and distressed for months plus ! Due to domestic abuse. She was extremely empathetic and sensetive in her approach. Very patient and she would spend extra time consoling me and helping me feel safer.

Ian Cranefield’s knowledge of the law in the area of Elderly Abuse has stopped nothing short of saving my elderly mother. We found Ian through ‘Action Against Elderly Abuse’ after being previously advised that Mum’s case was ‘Insurmountable’. Ian’s expertise proved that it was anything but! He was excellent with Mum always addressing questions to her, checking she had an understanding and that she was happy with all he proposed. Ian secured a settlement for mum that we had began worry was never going to be attainable. She is now financially independent again and can put this stressful time behind her. It’s extremely worrying to find criminal lawyers who have depth understanding of vulnerable adults with mental health issues. In our case autsim and mixed personality disorder. When they lack capacity even more so. The law is mind boggling, but we were so lucky to be represented by Leanne who had great knowledge and really saved us. Vulnerable people often fall through the cracks everywhere. I can first hand say that Leanne was compassionate and really worked closely with the family to make sure our brother was not wrongfully convicted. We are forever grateful. Leanne adapts to and with the persons needs and with all disabilities this is essential. Leanne's choice of barrister was also carefully thought out. Once again we were very fortunate with Richard Padley that was so calm and compassionate with our family.
