A truly exceptional firm. The only team to listen to my concerns, seek alternative ways of helping and an above and beyond service. A complex and difficult matter that has been passed around many professionals but the only team to really listen and try to help. An amazing service from beginning to end. I was first greeted by Caron who set the bar high by explaining all of the costs and processes and creating a great first impression. The prices were extremely competitive and every member of staff has been very friendly and professional. I was kept informed every step of the way and even though my sale and purchase fell through I continued to receive good service and advice from Jane and her colleagues (Farah, Rhodri etc). My mum and dad had their wills written with Sam who was very patient and showed much empathy at a distressing time. I would definitely recommend this firm of solicitors and hope to be using their services again soon. On 09/07/2021 I completed my purchase of a Buy to Let property. Jane and Rhodri dealt with the purchase in an efficient and timely manner. I’m so glad I found a solicitor I can trust and do not have extortionate fees.
