Sharad assisted me recently with a case relating to being a 3rd party interest to a POCA case, through no fault of my own. I was understandably quite overwhelmed and concerned. He put me at ease straight away during our initial telephone consultation. Following our consultation we scheduled a meeting to draft a statement to the courts and he guided me through next steps, including what to expect at the court case. My wife and I, with no dependants, decided it was high time to make proper provisions as to how we would wish our assets to be used if either or both of us lost our ability to make rational decisions and on our passings, that our funerals could be properly arranged and our bequests go to both our friends and good causes without any hitches. Using a regulated firm of solicitors was our desired choice and following discussions at the offices of our local firm that had acted for us in property transaction previously we decided on Judge & Priestley. Russell Ali there was able to guide us through the processes needed and prepare our Wills and Powers of Attorney documents for us at a fair, fixed price. We are both more than happy with Russell's professionalism. An "excellent" rating is more than justified.
