I used Paul to draft my Will which was relatively complex because I wished it to create, if necessary, a vulnerable person trust for my wife who is in 24 hour nursing care and unable to look after herself. I then wished the residual estate to be divided between family and other personal beneficiaries and charitable bequests. Paul took great care to understand my wishes and then to explain the draft Will and associated Letter of Wishes. All done speedily and sympathetically.

Nelson's in Nottingham, especially Karen Salt offered a great service to my family. They provided very professional 'will and probate' advice during healthy times; and a very caring service to my mother and father, especially during the later stages of my father's life and post funeral. Everything was clear and easy to understand; always conveyed in the 'right' way. I would highly recommend the newly re-furbished Nottingham office for this very reason, let alone the easy to find location, ample parking and only a stones throw from bus stops/taxis for those who require public transport. For anyone with difficulties walking or require some assistance, the office layout is superb!. All the staff are also very kind, approachable and not stuffy in anyway, an important factor in stressful times. Many thanks for your support, Paul Murrin.

It’s extremely worrying to find criminal lawyers who have depth understanding of vulnerable adults with mental health issues. In our case autsim and mixed personality disorder. When they lack capacity even more so. The law is mind boggling, but we were so lucky to be represented by Leanne who had great knowledge and really saved us. Vulnerable people often fall through the cracks everywhere. I can first hand say that Leanne was compassionate and really worked closely with the family to make sure our brother was not wrongfully convicted. We are forever grateful. Leanne adapts to and with the persons needs and with all disabilities this is essential. Leanne's choice of barrister was also carefully thought out. Once again we were very fortunate with Richard Padley that was so calm and compassionate with our family.
