Two years ago I used the services of Slater Heelis to arrange a Capacity Assessment for my sister and just recently a Deed of Variation for her will. Prior to that I had used the services of Towns Neesham, a firm who later joined with SLater Heelis, where they had dealt with the purchase of father's house, the subsequent transfer of ownership to my sister, prepared my sisters will and later dealt with the sale of her house. I have every confidence in the excellent services and guidance given by the Slater Heelis solicitors and I would use the firm again.

Ian Cranefield of Richard Nelson LLP was an excellent, professional, solicitor. Ian advised, helped and supported me through a 7 year legal battle that commenced in the Court of Protection, progressing to a High Court Claim and Mediation with a positive result. He kept me calm in difficult and depressing situations, with his expertise, knowledge and empathy. During this legal claim Probate and Administration of a will progressed with the assistance initially of Martin Cruddas, then Kerry Wiig (formerly of Richard Nelson LLP) then Scott Walker of Richard Nelson LLP who finalised administration.
