Best Mediation and Dispute Resolution Solicitors in Buckhaven

“1. We worked with Anton Balkitis (Solicitor ) and Georgina Power, ( paralegal ) both of which were very professional and guided us through all the requirements in a easy to understand way. 2. Mr Balkitis kindly explained the courtroom protocol to us and showed us the room where the hearing was to be held prior to the T C arriving. He then prompted us when necessary and filled in any gaps in our dialogue. 3. We would definitely recommend Rotheras to anyone needing legal assistance. This company will do an exceptional job in handling your case which helps alleviate some of the stress one is under in such a time.”

“Sheroze and Lucy at Forbes supported/helped guide me through a very difficult case and gave me so much help it was priceless. They cared about me and were very empathetic. Sheroze also helped me with the actually day in court and gave me advice on how to present myself in court. I went to court as a lay person with no solicitor and would not have had the strength to pursue the defendant if it weren’t for the help of Forbes Solicitors Blackburn and Preston! Thank you so much - I couldn’t have done it without them xx”

“The sale took over 5 months from agreeing the sale to completion. I'm unsure why (certainly, the buyer's solr was slow responding to anything) but a problem with adjacent land took over 2 months to sort, going backwards & forwards between the previous owner of the land & both sets of sols; eventually Levi's submitted the forms to Land Registry, after I had asked why they couldn't do it (perhaps coincidence) but I thought they could have been more pro-active in the matter rather than being a post box. In the end , it happened, but the delays cost me in excess of £2,000.”

“Evie was very polite and professional with my dispute and it was dealt with promptly to a conclusion.”

“Following a difficult 2.5-year experience with NJP Solicitors, I transitioned my case to Stowe Family Law, where I was represented by Molly Brindley. Initially, I was understandably cautious due to my prior experience, but Molly swiftly earned my confidence through her exceptional professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering dedication. Her strategic support during the FDR session was instrumental—without her guidance, achieving a fair outcome would have been unlikely. Thanks to Molly's expertise, my divorce and financial settlement were successfully finalized after 3.5 years. During Molly’s brief absences, her colleague Eve Bolt stepped in seamlessly, ensuring there were no disruptions or delays. Eve consistently followed up on documentation and provided timely updates, exemplifying the same high standards of professionalism and client care. Working with Molly and Eve was a genuinely positive experience. They are both consummate professionals who made a challenging journey significantly easier. I am deeply grateful for their support.”
