I would just like to let everyone know about the experience I have had with Martha Holland. From the first consultation where I was so nervous I couldn't even log into the meeting! She was very patient and never made me feel silly. Yes she is my solicitor but I truly feel that she has gone above and beyond for me helping me when she didn;t need to - always returning my calls and checking in. I've told her things that I hadn't told anyone and she understood, never judged just listened with an open heart. I hope no one has to go through any awful domestic abuse situations but if you do you will not be disappointed if you engage with Martha. Her kindness and empathy makes me want to cry. She is a wonderful lady with an honest soul. So thank you Martha for being ther for me, for listening to me cry over silly things and for making an awful experince less daunting x

Baishali [Clayton] and Shrdha make a superb team and it was a pleasure to meet them and to discuss my case with them�I immediately felt reassured that I was in safe hands. My ex-wife abandoned me and fled with our 6 months old son. She then filed a false complaint of Common Assault and Controlling and Coercive Behaviour against me. Every effort to contact my son was futile and I even missed his 1st birthday! Rachel with her passion and knowledge worked commendably to uncover the falsity of allegations by getting transcripts from the Police and compiling all the evidence and witness statements in order to disprove them. She raised insurmountable defence and prepared me for the trial. I was totally impressed that no stone was left unturned to fight my case. Moreover, with Rachel’s proficiency, I was found not-guilty at the first trial itself. Rachel was not just focussed on the case but was very empathetic for which I will always be grateful! If it was not for Rachel, I may have lost my job, my otherwise spotless record may have been tarnished. Most importantly winning this case will greatly enhance my ability to establish contact with my son sooner than expected.

Clare has been a very understanding solicitor. She listened and was able to relay my words and thoughts to the courts. She has been very supportive and I felt in safe hands. My case was not typical and was based on mental health. Clare absolutely understood this and was able to adapt accordingly rather than run her own narrative. I did not get to choose Clare, as she was a duty solicitor. But I feel very lucky and very blessed to have had her represent me.
