My ex wife put in another non molestation order against me. Her report was full of false claims and accusations, which were highly upsetting. Also I was just given a few days to prepare before the hearing due to a clerical error by the courts. Chloe was extremely profession and efficient. She showed great empathy and put my anxieties to rest. She rapidly reviewed all the notes and briefed my counsel all within a matter of hours. I don't know what I would have done without her support and help. The case was rightly dismissed due to her wonderful work and the sterling presentation of David McCormick who she arranged as my counsel.

I’ve had to act on my own in court before. Having Laura Hill as my advocate meant it was as low trauma and well managed as it could be. Laura is smart, focused, kind and expert. She understands domestic abuse in all its forms and was trauma informed in her approach. She guided me through the application and court process calmly and was a clear advocate for me in the court hearing, having successfully negotiated agreement just before. Clare has been a very understanding solicitor. She listened and was able to relay my words and thoughts to the courts. She has been very supportive and I felt in safe hands. My case was not typical and was based on mental health. Clare absolutely understood this and was able to adapt accordingly rather than run her own narrative. I did not get to choose Clare, as she was a duty solicitor. But I feel very lucky and very blessed to have had her represent me.
