I cannot recommend Karin Henson at Aeris Employment Law highly enough. Having been severely let down by my previous solicitors, Karin agreed to take my case, a mere 5 weeks before my Employment Tribunal hearing. It was a complicated case which had been running for about 3 years and had generated a huge amount of paperwork. Despite the reticence of my previous solicitors to pass on the case notes, I was amazed that within a few days, she understood the details better than anyone. She is incredibly meticulous and always returns calls and answers emails. Whatever time of day I emailed, I always received a reply, very often at 6.00am in the morning. Karin is hard working, understands detail quickly, is able to see underlying themes and motives and is charming to deal with. She is sharp, speaks frankly and honestly, she can be firm but she always speaks with humour and sympathy. I cannot praise her highly enough, her intellect, her diligence, her humour and integrity.
