However, she made significantly more progress in the time she charged than the lower-rate lawyers who worked on my case previously so she's certainly better "value for money". The service was excellent. The Power of attorney came through without any hitches. We were informed from the start about the pedestrian pace of the wheels of officialdom, and received updates at every stage of the process.

Penny Raby was heavily involved in the childrens proceedings, and as such, we had a good result. Unfortunately, when we moved to the financial proceedings where the majority of the work was undertaken by other team members, I found the service slipped and I had to chase multiple times for any responses or action to be taken. The result of the financial proceedings was less than satisfactory. Overall, I would not use them again.
