After my initial telephone consultation with Rachel, I knew I was going to use RJS Family Law for my financial proceedings. She was the only solicitor that I felt really cared about what the client wanted and would fight for it. I instructed Rachel for my FDR in January 2025. She prepared my position statement and created the court bundle. She took my instructions throughout by asking how involved I wanted her to be in the process in order to keep costs to a minimum. I gathered all the evidence from my ex-husband and then provided it to Rachel so she could create the bundle. She advised me on my position and also listened to what I wanted to achieve and why.
