I contacted the firm to help with a situation to do with my children. I needed legal advice and representation in court. I was told that a solicitor would contact me to discuss my case. This didn't happen, I called the office only to be told that they would be in touch, again, nothing. I then emailed, I was informed the original solicitor was leaving the firm ans someone else would be in touch. By this time I have been given my court date and informed them of this. I am now the day before my court day and still haven't heard anything from the firm. Thankfully I have managed to find advice online, although I won't have legal representation in court. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. EDIT After emailing the firm to state that I was unhappy with their service. I have now been in contact with Rebecca is helping me now.

We dealt with Paul Moores, who showed great professionalism from start to finish. Paul diligently explained the various options available for us with both the LPOA for Property and Financial Affairs, as well as for Health and Welfare. Paul also explained the process and guided us throughout each step. Paul was also in touch and extremely responsive, as and when required. We have no hesitation in highly recommending both Paul and the M&M team.
