I had an amazing experience with Edward Meade! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. While some parts of the process could have been stressful, Edward’s guidance made everything feel seamless and straightforward. Through our email exchanges and phone conversations, his calm voice and positive perspective gave me the confidence to move forward. Edward’s attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines were outstanding. In fact, his reliability with deadlines was one of the main reasons I chose to move from my previous immigration solicitor. He guided me through every step, answered all my questions promptly, and ensured I felt confident throughout the process. I truly felt that he cared about my case and was dedicated to helping me achieve my goals. The only area that could use improvement is the administrative sector. Payment processing, appointment bookings, and responses sometimes took longer than expected that sometimes we clients only want to pay for services, waiting days to get invoices, emails, phones calling and people does not answering calls as should we expecting to make payments . This aspect could be streamlined for a better overall experience. However, this did not overshadow the exceptional service I received from Edward himself. I’m so grateful.
