I worked with Becky and Elyse for 9 months - my case involved an ex with narcissistic personality. Immediately, from my first meeting with Becky I felt she under my case, she made me feel heard, supported and empowered. She made me feel like I was in the driving seat throughout, even though I was the respondent. Becky was fantastic at explaining the process but also at chunking the information so it wasn’t too overwhelming. Becky’s communication was clear, diligent and timely. I always felt like I was Becky’s number 1 priority. Her attention to detailed was excellent, the documents I had to prepare for the court in all three hearings always reflected exactly mine and my children’s concerns, she was always willing to change and adapt anything so that it was just right, nothing was ever sent unless I was 100% happy. Becky worked tirelessly to ensure I got the right outcome for my children. Elyse was also central behind the scenes ensuring court deadlines were met and communication between parties was efficient and effective. By the time my case was over Becky felt like a friend as well as my solicitor and I can’t thank her enough for her work and professionalism. I am so glad I made that initial call.
