I first met Sally Eastwood's Assistant / Secretary, then I met Sally herself. I noticed lots of good things during the advice I received, but especially the communication skills of both Ladies. We were very happy with the service Penny Stevens-White provided, the only feedback I would add is that where specialism / advice was required from other departments in DG, that it would be helpful to be able to involve them in discussions early on. As an example, our sale needed a transfer of the freehold from our neighbour's to the new buyer, a process which I knew would be delayed due to the their lack of engagement in this matter, so it would have been helpful to address this with litigation's involvement from early onset to understand impact and options. It would have saved a few week's of stress and last minute phone calls to see what we could do to resolve.
