Accidents in kitchens cover injuries that occur in domestic or commercial kitchen spaces, including slips on wet floors, burns from hot surfaces or appliances, and injuries from faulty equipment. A solicitor in this area investigates the cause, gathers medical and incident evidence, identifies liable parties such as occupiers or manufacturers, and pursues compensation under occupiers’ liability law and product liability where appropriate. They may also handle negotiations and, if needed, court proceedings in the county or high court.

The danger is the risk of ongoing pain, medical treatment, and disruption to daily life if liability is established. On arrival I tripped and had a heavy fall sustaining injuries. The accident form was filled in by a receptionist. I duly signed the document but failed to read it over, am error on my part but I was in much pain. Whether I was at fault or the receptionist misheard me. Later when I saw the report it appeared that it was not the report I expected.
