I was recommended to approach Giles Dobson at Martin Tolhurst as I had had a bad experience with a Solicitor based in Rainham whilst undertaking a negligence claim. Mr Dobson gave me clear and practical advice during the initial meeting and his fairness and competence has carried on throughout the case which resulted in a satisfactory settlement.

I can only thank John Green and his team of Taylor and Emmet for being so helpful in guiding me through the complexities of litigation and getting me to the right conclusion. I commend them to anyone.

Recently completed a personal injury claim using Ian, the case wasn't straightforward, it went on for far too long with many incidents along the way. Ian was brilliant, he was professional the whole way through, and had my best interests in mind the whole time. I would recommend Ian to anyone suffering from an accident at work or similar. Can't thank Ian and JCP enough for what they have done for me.

I have had an excellent experience dealing with Hewitts Solicitors in Darlington. A professional and friendly relationship emerged during the few months of my claim, and a good outcome.

Due to lockdown, my case has unfortunately taken a while to conclude. Throughout this time, I received a professional service with excellent communication from both the solicitor and support staff at MBH who achieved an excellent outcome for me. I would highly recommend their outstanding services
