Jeremy gave me straight forward honest information and advice. He was very knowledgeable on the subject and took our case over after we had received useless information from a local solicitor who had cost us dearly and basically told us to settle. Jeremey fought our corner and successfully got the case withdrawn. Efficient, friendly service. Always answered the phone and emailed back swiftly. Spoke in simple terms and explained things thoroughly.

I was recommended to approach Giles Dobson at Martin Tolhurst as I had had a bad experience with a Solicitor based in Rainham whilst undertaking a negligence claim.
