Top 10 of 2,597 law firms for Military Accident Claim, Personal Injury

Law firms ranked by client reviews

This work covers personal injury claims arising from military service where an accident caused harm, including injuries from training, deployments, or other service-related incidents. It focuses on pursuing compensation from the responsible party, often the Ministry of Defence or a third party linked to the incident. A solicitor examines liability, assesses damages, and guides the claim through civil procedures. It matters because timely action can secure compensation for medical costs, loss of earnings, and long‑term care needs.

Where a solicitor protects your position

A solicitor evaluates the legal options, protects your position with evidence and timelines, and negotiates or pursues Court proceedings to secure compensation for injuries and related losses. They handle medical and financial evidence, liaise with the MoD or other defendants, and ensure compliance with court rules and any relevant military schemes or compensation schemes.

On arrival I tripped and had a heavy fall sustaining injuries. The accident form was filled in by a receptionist. I duly signed the document but failed to read it over, am error on my part but I was in much pain. Whether I was at fault or the receptionist misheard me. Later when I saw the report it appeared that it was not the report I expected.
