The task of becoming an executor whilst dealing with personal Bereavement is one of the most stressful things in life. The appointment of the right person to guide you through it is crucial. Expediency, professionalism and confidence in that person's ability that is everything. When mixed with a good helping of kindness and compassion it's a winning formula.
