Annabelle dolling and Rebecca suttle were exceptional in my case. They were helpful, friendly and professional. I am extremely happy with the service they provided. I was kept extremely informed through the whole process of my court case. Annabella and Rebecca were extremely knowledgeable and every staff I had contact with. I was listened to exceptionally well i was always told if there was anything I forgot to say or ask to contact at any time and if I did the reply’s were quick.

I instructed Ben Hoare Bell Solicitors in a claim against Suffolk Police. Anabella Dolling and Andrew Freckleton were fantastic in the service that they offered. Andrew Is very knowledgeable in his his field and carried out a lot of work behind the scenes regarding case law and legislation. I am pleased to have won the case against Suffolk Police and an award for aggravated damages paid. I would advise anyone looking to make a claim against police to speak to Ben Hoare Bell, having someone as experienced as Andrew Freckleton is essential in receiving the correct outcome.
