Contacted Mr Robert Williams (senior partner) prior to Christmas 2023, was then referred to Darren Davies who was then on holidays for two weeks. He then subsequently referred me to an Independent Solicitors as they were far too busy. Rang Hutchinson Thomas Neath office and asked for a callback from Mr Robert Williams as I had concerns over the competence of their recommendation, to be spoken to like I was some sort of parasite, totally unprofessional and borderline abusive.
