I cannot recommend Emma Haynes highly enough. There were many times throughout the process when I felt overwhelmed and anxious, and Emma always took the time to reassure me, explain what was happening and make sure that my concerns were heard. Most importantly, I always felt that the wellbeing and needs of my children were at the heart of everything she did. Her representation was fantastic and I honestly don’t think I could have got through the process without her support. We achieved an outcome that allows my children and me to finally move forward, and I will always be incredibly grateful for the part Emma played in getting us there. Emma is professional, compassionate, approachable and someone I felt I could completely trust during one of the hardest periods of my life. I have dealt with Olivia & Georgina. I never felt so safe and looked after. Any questions I had at any time of the day wether it was email,WhatsApp,call it was delay with immediately,with compassion ams so much care especially with the case I have asked them to help me with.(child arragment with da) The level of care and understanding i have had made me feel so safe and seen. I cannot thank Elizabeth Miles and her team enough for the support and professionalism they have shown throughout my case. This was a proceedings case involving social services, which made it an incredibly stressful and important situation for me and my family, but I felt fully supported from start to finish. From the very beginning, Elizabeth was clear, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I always knew where I stood. What really stood out was her honesty. Elizabeth was always upfront and realistic, giving me the best advice at every stage — even when it wasn’t necessarily what I wanted to hear. That level of honesty and integrity made it much easier to trust the process and make the right decisions. Communication was excellent throughout — I was kept informed at every stage, and any questions I had were answered promptly. This made a difficult process much more manageable. The dedication and care shown not just by Elizabeth, but by her entire team, was outstanding. For the 18 months, I have been through one of the most difficult and heart wrenching periods of my life. I had to face fears and things I never thought possible. Today marked freedom, and this would not have been doable without the consistent support of greens. Friendly solicitors and tried to sort my problems. Clean and tidy when in the reception area but in the downstairs entrance / exit going through a considerable amount of refurbishment.
