    Excellent Service, highly recommend

    Mr Kang and his team really do care about the clients they provide a service for. I believe that without Kang & Co my sentence would have been far worse and that is due to the work and effort they put into their clients and cases. From hearing to sentencing Mr Kang informed me on everything I needed to know and kept me up to speed on everything that I needed to know and do myself to help with my sentencing. I felt like the service was as personal as professional from him and would highly recommend Kang & Co Solicitors.

    I felt really let down by the system, and I was sickeningly worried about how I could prove my innocence and get my life back. The Kang & Co team provided me with excellent legal guidance, a superb barrister for trial, and ultimately a great outcome - for which I will be forever grateful. My case was severe, with the very real risk of being incarcerated for a sizable period of time, losing my freedoms, reputation, career, and family - a truly terrifying and emotional ordeal. I'm just very thankful that the Kang team were able to give me honest, pragmatic, and direct guidance at every milestone. They made every effort to avoid overwhelming me by only asking for and providing information when the process actually needed it. They ensured all their guidance was clear and understandable - and were always responsive when answering the many questions I had. The Kang & Co team have diligently supported me throughout my case, from the point of arrest, the necessary case preparations, and throughout trial and re-trial, after which we got an excellent outcome, a complete exoneration - a culmination of several years' hard work on their part.

      I cannot thank Kang & Co Solicitors enough for their professionalism, expertise, and support throughout my case. From the very first consultation, the team was approachable, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They carefully reviewed every aspect of my case and provided clear advice at each stage, which gave me confidence during a very stressful time. The barrister arranged by Kang & Co represented me exceptionally well in court and presented my mitigation effectively. Thanks to their preparation and advocacy, my driving disqualification was reduced significantly and the Court also recommended the Drink Drive Rehabilitation Course, allowing me to potentially receive a further 25% reduction on the driving ban.
